ENABLe IMPACT - ENergy Audit of Buildings in Local authorities: IMproving Performance through administrative ACTions, is a project financed by the European Union with the INTERREG IIIC Programme - Regional Framework Operation (RFO) - Enercy'Regio .
The leader of the project is the Province of Reggio Emilia; the Partners are the Province of Parma and the Energy Agency of Modena (Italy), the municipalities of Oederan, Arnsdorf, Meerane and the technical GERTEC ltd. engineering company (Germany), the municipalities of Kalmar, Växjö, Varnamo with the support of Energikontor (Sweden).
